Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an incredibly popular American actress and singer. Her birthplace and childhood was in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier) who is a nurse, and Tom Bell, a television news director. Her heritage includes Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish, and Scottish (father). Kristen's talent for entertainment was discovered at a very young age. In 1992, Kristen went to her very first audition. She got an appearance on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother at the age of 13 and was subsequently cast as a model in television and newspaper commercials. Then she began taking training in private acting. Bell was credited as a character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music as well as drama. The Wizard of Oz was presented by the high school, and she was awarded the part of Dorothy. Bell was then transferred in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student at the Tisch School of the Arts. Bell quit her college in 2001 after she was cast in the role Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. However, her scene was cut out of the movie and her appearance was only in the credits. Bell made an appearance on Broadway on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival with Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
